Mariah works with a variety of treatment modalities, sticking to a holistic approach and working with her clients to see what they would benefit most from. Treatment modalities that Mariah works with are CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Solution Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
Mariah is an empathetic and warm therapist who enjoys working with clients to meet their greatest potential. When Mariah isn’t working she enjoys playing guitar, snowboarding, cooking, painting, and getting coffee.
